Funny as shit.
Loud Snot Pirates. Hell yeah!
Constructive Criticism
Well, I dig the concept. I liked the game a bit. But it seems buggy as all hell. First suggestion. I shouldn't have to click off of the current camera view to switch to the next. Second, even after I killed the individual and got the code - there was another in the next window. Is that intentional? In any case, it doesn't seem right. Further, I'd like to see an availability of keyboard control for camera changes. If I could aim with one hand and control my views with the other, this would turn into a really kewl game. Also, with a system like that, you could expect more from the player - have more enemy's and more tasks to accomplish before the next stage. Something to think about. As it is, it's a decent game. A little more work, and it could be a kick ass game.
I like the handling.
One way you could do the laps would be to have an invisible movie on the other side of track... Then have the game set a variable when the car is over that invisible movie using the target commands associated with drag and drop events. Then place a similar target command at the finish line that checks to see if the variable from the other side of the track has been set properly... If so, then variable 'lapnumber = lapnumber + 1." That's the general idea anyway. Look into the drag&drop features of actionscript to find out more about using the target commands.
Not bad.
Pretty decent adaptation of the old QBasic game "Nibbles." Takes me back to the days of sitting around with a couple friends hacking the original code to say or do things it shouldn't. I also like the idea of increasing the speed instead of growing a tail. Never seen a version like that before. Not bad, ma boy, not bad.
That was great, Heres your stats.
I find that funny as fuck. Not sure if it's supposed to be but I gave you a 5 just for the laugh.
Wow.
The animation here is beyond excellent. The shear quality of the motion animation overcomes the lack of graphic detailing. Truly pimp shit.
I didn't give this game a high vote but...
The artwork was actually pretty decent here. Some of the backgrounds, simple as they were, were very well put together. The author has a promising amount of talent. Good job. Let's see another animation soon; though not necessarily on the same subject matter or story line.
Ummm.
So wait a second, how is the effort to reach losing beneficial? I mean, it don't take much effort to lose... I think ya lost me. hehe
